First visit |

Your first
visit is called an Evaluation Exam Visit. This is
a service our office provides to first-time visitors who are interested in learning more about orthodontics and possible treatment options.
An evaluation is not a simple quote for services. During your Evaluation Exam, in addition to evaluating your oral and general health, the doctor will also examine your teeth, bite, gums, bone structure, and temporomandibular joints.
At this point, the doctor will explain and recommend treatment options
and you will have an opportunity to ask question and discuss any areas of concern you may have with Dr. Naficy.

| | If you decided that you would like to take the next step, youll come to the office for a second visit so that we can prepare a complete orthodontic plan that will result in a healthy, beautiful outcome for you. During this appointment, Dr. Naficy will use the latest digital techniques to create photographs of your face and teeth, take X-rays, and make models of your teeth in our impressions room, all of which will enable us to make the most appropriate and accurate diagnosis.
Afterwards, Dr. Naficy will sit down with you to explain everything in detail, including the approximate duration of your treatment, the different phases and elements, whether you will need to see other specialists before you begin, the costs involved perhaps invisible braces are right for you and there may be other choices to make as well how your dental benefit plan may help, and more. You will have time to ask as many questions as you need to make a thoughtful decision that is appropriate you.
